The problem analysis and response services performed
by CS Consulting US, Inc. are made in good faith and
are intended for use by our clients in solving problems
with turbines, rotating machinery, condensers, heat
exchangers, and piping systems. Our analysis and response
are based on the information made available to us
at the time of submission by the client. We may request
additional descriptive information or further explanation
of the problem from the client prior to our analysis
and response. We reserve the right to amend or supplement
our response should additional or corrected information
be made available after the initial submission. Any
response made to our clients by CS Consulting US,
Inc. is by no means intended for use as a repair procedure
or technical specification, or authorization to perform
any work. CS Consulting US, Inc. assumes no liability
for repair or maintenance actions undertaken by the
client before or after receipt of our services, or
for any errors or acts of negligence by our clients
or any other party. Clients who misrepresent their
identity, company name and/or country of origin will
be subject to legal penalties. We reserve the right
to withhold services at our discretion for any reason,
or failure to make proper payment.

Requests for refunds after analyzing the
problem and responding to the client will be subject
to our review and discussion, and receipt of written
response from the client via FAX or email. Any refunds
will be subject to a U.S. $ 75.00 services fee.
Requests for cancellation of services prior to the
start of work on your problem will be subject to
a U.S.$ 35.00 processing fee. Requests for cancellation
of services after commencement of work on your problem
will be subject to a U.S. $ 50.00 services fee.
